Day 6 of weight loss challenge | Where to Start ? Health and Fitness ...

Goal: lose 10% of my body weight in 5 weeks. I get to weigh myself in two days; it?s really starting to get to me.
The plan: eat 1,200 to 1,400 calories a day and burn 1,000 calories with exercise 5 to 6 days a week.
The reward: I get to try a set of those knew body wraps every one is talking about right now.

Today was beautiful. Loved the sun. We grilled a ton of veggies for lunch. Had grilled peaches and grilled apples. It?s like eating a pie without the crust. Super sweet and delicious.
I did my first P90X workout today. It wasn?t as hard as I thought it would be, but I do normally workout pretty hard.

Breakfast today: English Muffin with cheese and egg with blueberries on the side: 282 calories
Lunch: Grilled pineapple, peppers, zucchini, summer squash, red onion, mushrooms broccoli and asparagus with homemade BBQ sauce, 4 ounces chicken breast, grilled apple and peach for dessert: 328 calories
Quarter of a PB and J during P90X with an apple and some fresh peas: 230 calories
Dinner is a Cajun chicken Caesar salad with homemade Orowheat bread croutons (and a glass of wine, one rum drink outside earlier, and two salt water taffy): 462 calories

Calories for the day: 1,303
Exercise Burned: 1,079
Exercise done: 47 minutes Zumba Fitness, 30 minutes of practice Zumba at home, 50 minutes P90X and 20 minutes walking dog

Supplements taken today:
Genesis:boost your energy, slow the aging process, protect against free radicals (which exercising creates more of) and much more.
I honestly forgot my multivitamin today; bummer.
